As an entrepreneur, farmer, and trusted HR consultant, she brings over 30 years of experience helping Iowa businesses thrive. With a career rooted in human resources and recruiting, Sarah understands the real challenges of running a business—because she’s lived them. She combines deep technical expertise with a rare ability to connect, understand people’s needs, and deliver creative, customized solutions.
Sarah partners with organizations to strengthen their people practices, believing that employees aren’t just assets—they’re individuals who truly matter. Whether it’s building efficient, scalable processes, crafting strategic HR systems, guiding complex performance conversations, or navigating transitions, her work is grounded in care, discernment, and practical wisdom. Most often, the training program is customized to specific client goals. Sarah is a Working Genius Certified Trainer.
Sarah is married to Scott and they have 5 grown children. They also own and operate a pumpkin farm, enjoy fishing, and traveling to new destinations.
